What Data We Collect and Process To provide and improve the features of the Application, we collect and process the following types of data: Internal User Account Identifier (Firebase Auth UID): We use this to identify your account in our systems (Firebase Firestore) to manage your plan (Free/Trial/Pro), daily limits, and to prevent service abuse. On first launch, this is a temporary anonymous UID; after signing in via Google/Apple, your permanent UID linked to that service is used. Account Status Information (Firestore linked to UID): Current plan (`plan`), Pro status (`isPro`), trial start date/duration (`trialStartDate`, `trialDurationDays`), Pro expiration date (`proEndDate`), promo code creation/update/activation dates (`createdAt`, `updatedAt`, `promoActivatedAt`). Usage Data (Firestore linked to UID): Generation count (`generatedToday`), last generation date (`lastGenerationDate`), daily limit (`dailyLimit`). Promo Code Usage Information (Firestore): Who (`activatedBy` UID) and when (`activationDate`) used the code; last code used in the user document (`lastPromoCode`). Entered Ingredients (Text/Voice): Temporarily processed on our server (via Cloud Function) for recipe generation; voice data is processed directly by the system's speech recognition service on your device. We do not store these inputs long-term. Information Obtained via Google/Apple Sign-In (Potentially): Basic profile information (email, name) made available during the sign-in process via Firebase Authentication. We do not explicitly store this information in our Firestore database beyond the UID. Locally Stored Data: Favorite recipes (`shared_preferences`), Pantry (`shared_preferences`), Theme setting (`shared_preferences`). This data is stored only on your device. What We DO NOT Collect: We DO NOT collect nor request access to your personal data such as name, address, precise location, nor to sensitive data on your device like photos, contacts, messages, files, banking details, passwords, or browsing history outside the {appName} application. Technical/Anonymous Data (Potentially): If we integrate analytical tools in the future (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to improve stability and functionality, only anonymized usage and crash data would be collected. 3. Purpose of Data Processing We process your data for the following purposes: Providing Application Features: Managing user plans (Free/Trial/Pro), tracking and enforcing daily generation limits, enabling sign-in, processing promo codes and purchases (Pro activation). Improving User Experience: Storing local data (Favorites, Pantry, Theme) for your convenience. Generating Recipes: Temporary processing of your entered ingredients to generate recipe suggestions. Security and Abuse Prevention: Using the internal identifier (UID) to protect against service abuse and ensure fair terms. We emphasize that the {appName} application has no technical capability to access your bank accounts, private files, or other sensitive data on your device, nor does it do so. Analysis and Improvement (Potentially): Anonymized analysis of stability and usage for bug fixing and application improvement. 4. ⚠️ Responsibility for Generated Content (Recipes) The {appName} application functions as a tool for generating recipe SUGGESTIONS based on the ingredients you provide, using an automated system (AI). These suggestions are provided solely for INFORMATIONAL and INSPIRATIONAL purposes "AS IS", without any warranty. WARNING: The generator may make mistakes and produce inaccuracies, unsuitable ingredient combinations, or even potentially dangerous or illogical procedures (e.g., suggesting inappropriate ingredients, incorrect meat preparation, nonsensical steps, etc.). The Developer ({developerName}) BEARS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for: Any cooking results based on the generated suggestions. Any health consequences, allergic reactions, or other damages arising from the preparation or consumption of meals based on the suggestions. The accuracy, completeness, suitability, or safety of any generated content. THE USER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE for critically evaluating each generated suggestion before use, for verifying the suitability and safety of the procedure and ingredients (including allergies, dietary restrictions, proper cooking methods, etc.). Use of the application is at the user's own risk. 5. Data Storage and Security Storage Location: Data linked to the user account (plan status, limits, UID) is stored in the Firebase Firestore database (Google Cloud Platform, servers may be located outside the EEA, e.g., in `europe-west1`). Local data (Favorites, Pantry, Theme setting) is stored on your device using `shared_preferences`. Security: We utilize standard security mechanisms provided by the Google Firebase platform for data transmission and cloud storage (encryption of data in transit and at rest). Locally stored data is protected by the security mechanisms of your device's operating system. Your user plan status and internal account identifier are securely managed through standard Firebase platform mechanisms. We do not provide or sell your data to third parties except for necessary service providers (e.g., Google/Apple for payment processing), as outlined below. Retention Period: Firebase Firestore account data is retained for the duration of your user account's existence in the application, or until you request its deletion. Temporarily processed ingredients for recipe generation are not stored long-term. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it yourself or uninstall the application. 6. Third Parties and Data Sharing We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data or allow its processing by third parties (service providers) only when necessary to ensure the functionality of the Application and the services provided: Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited): Provides infrastructure for authentication (Firebase Authentication), database (Firestore), server functions (Cloud Functions - region `europe-west1`), and potentially hosting, analytics, and stability monitoring (Analytics, Crashlytics). Data is processed in accordance with their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy Google Sign-In (Google LLC) / Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.): Facilitate the sign-in process using your Google or Apple account. They share only basic information necessary to create an account in Firebase Authentication (like UID, possibly email) with us. Apple's Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy AI Model Provider (e.g., OpenAI): When generating recipes, the ingredients you provide (without your UID or other personal data) are sent via our secure Cloud Function for processing by an external AI model. This provider processes them solely for the purpose of generating a response and does not use them to train its models, unless otherwise stated in its own terms (e.g., OpenAI Policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy) Google Play Billing (Google LLC) / Apple App Store In-App Purchases (Apple Inc.): Handle payment processing for purchasing the Pro version or subscription. We do not have direct access to your payment details (card numbers, etc.). Platform Services (iOS/Android): The application may use system services for features like Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, content sharing, or printing/PDF export. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the respective platform (Apple/Google). Google Fonts (Google LLC): Service for providing web fonts used in the application. 7. International Data Transfer As we utilize global service providers like Google Firebase and potentially AI models (e.g., OpenAI), your data (especially UID and account data in Firestore, or anonymized inputs for AI) may be transferred and processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, in the United States. These providers commit to adhering to adequate data protection safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms approved under GDPR. 8. User Rights (GDPR) If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, you have the following rights regarding your personal data that we process (primarily data stored in Firebase Firestore linked to your UID): The right to access your data. The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data. The right to erasure of your data ('right to be forgotten'). The right to restrict processing of your data. The right to object to the processing of your data (if based on legitimate interests). The right to data portability (obtaining data in a structured format). The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. How to exercise your rights: To exercise these rights, please contact us by email at privacy@nullmayzetx.com. To delete your account and all data in Firebase Firestore associated with your UID, please contact us via this method. We may request additional information to verify your identity. Please note that deleting your Firestore account will result in the loss of access to your user status (Pro/Trial), history of promo code usage, and other data linked to that UID. You can delete locally stored data (Favorites, Pantry, Theme) yourself from the application settings or by uninstalling the application. 9. Children's Privacy The {appName} application is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 (or another relevant age limit according to your local legislation). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have collected such data without parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to remove it. 10. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Policy within the Application and/or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms 1.1. Welcome to the NoShopChef mobile application ("Application"), operated and developed by NullMayZetX ("we", "us", "our"). 1.2. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Application. Service Description 2.1. The NoShopChef Application allows users to generate recipe suggestions based on provided ingredients (text or voice), selected category, and maximum preparation time. Recipe generation is powered by our internal system via our secure cloud infrastructure (Cloud Function). 2.2. The Application offers different access levels: Free, Trial, and Pro, which differ in available features and recipe generation limits. 2.3. Features may include saving favorite recipes, managing a virtual "Pantry", exporting recipes to PDF, voice control (input/output), and using promo codes. Availability of some features may be restricted to the Trial or Pro version. 3. User Accounts and Access Levels 3.1. Free: Anonymous access with a basic limit (currently 1 generation/day = 3 recipes). 3.2. Trial: Activated by signing in via Google/Apple (currently 7 days free), providing access to Pro features and a higher limit (currently 3 generations/day). Usable once per account. Reverts to Free after expiration. 3.3. Pro: Paid subscription or promo code unlocks all features and the highest limit (currently 15 generations/day). 3.4. Google/Apple Sign-In: Used for Trial activation and account continuity. Governed by their respective terms. 3.5. You are responsible for the security of your linked Google/Apple account. 4. Pro Version Subscription and Payments 4.1. The Pro version is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at the price stated in the Application (currently €2.99/month), unless stated otherwise. 4.2. Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play / Apple App Store ("Stores"). By purchasing, you agree to the respective Store's payment terms. We do not access your payment details. 4.3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period via your Store account settings. 4.4. Prices may change in the future (changes apply to the next billing period). 4.5. Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or explicitly allowed by the Store's terms. 4.6. Pro access can also be granted via a valid promo code. 5. Usage Rules and Prohibitions 5.1. You agree to use the Application only for generating recipes for personal use, in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. 5.2. You agree not to: Use the Application for any unlawful purpose. Circumvent generation limits or misuse promo codes. Attempt unauthorized access, decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application's code. Use the Application in a way that could damage or overload its operation. Impersonate another person. Share your Pro access with unauthorized individuals. 6. Generated Content (Recipes) and Responsibility 6.1. Recipes generated by the Application are created by our internal system and are for **informational and suggestion purposes only**. 6.2. **WE DO NOT GUARANTEE the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or safety** of the generated recipes. They may contain errors or inappropriate combinations. 6.3. **YOU USE GENERATED RECIPES AT YOUR OWN RISK.** Before preparing any dish, you are **obligated to check** all ingredients and procedures for: Allergies and intolerances. Dietary restrictions. Food safety. 6.4. NullMayZetX bears no responsibility for cooking results, taste, or any health issues (including allergic reactions) or property damage arising from the use of recipes obtained through the Application. 6.5. The availability and speed of the recipe generation systems are not guaranteed. 7. Intellectual Property 7.1. The Application (excluding generated recipes) is the intellectual property of NullMayZetX. 7.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Application. 7.3. Generated recipes are for personal use; commercial use is not permitted. 7.4. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is prohibited. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. 8.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullMayZetX is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application. 8.4. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Application in the last 6 months or €10, whichever is greater. 9. Termination of Use 9.1. These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. 9.2. You can terminate use by uninstalling. Cancel subscriptions via the Store. 9.3. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. 9.4. Certain provisions (Intellectual Property, Liability) survive termination. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. 10.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably first, then by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. 10.3. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Google (Google Play Billing) and Apple (App Store Purchases). Payments are securely handled by Google or Apple. We do not store or access any billing information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
